Arik Levy designed this piece for the collection of Mineral Structures for our partners in Italy. This bookcase is extracted from a single stone and limited to an edition of 12, available in 3 different designs and can be installed vertically or horizontally. This particular design is created in green verde guatemalan marble. This special bookcase is extracted from a single stone volume, hollowed and crafted with the finest technologies and then finished by the skilled hands of specialized craftsmen. These pieces are an abstract manifest of the mineral and architectural structures that combine visual dynamics and construction. The volumes interact with each other creating kinetic movement and depth. Resulting in external versus internal spaces, these open-end containers are not only a sculptural expression but also domestic theatre for culture as in books, sculptures, objects and memories.
